OUR PRINCIPLES

We provide fully regulated training courses (under the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF)) that boast the highest standard of quality, so you can be rest assured that you will receive not only the best practical training but, also the knowledge from our qualified trainers.

Here at Anzo Training our team are passionate about what we deliver.

Professional, Personable Training

We aim to deliver concise, informative courses and believe in building strong relationships with our individual learners and business clients so that we can meet all their training needs.

We understand that choosing the correct course can sometimes be difficult if you are not familiar with that sector. Our knowledgeable staff will be delighted to take the time to discuss your requirements and talk you through the options to find the most suitable course tailored for your needs.

We design all of our courses to be as practical and hands on as possible, with the aim of teaching people the same way we would like to be taught ourselves.

Core Course Values

  • Meeting individual learning needs
  • Tailored and varied teaching styles
  • Strong practical ‘hands on emphasis’
  • Inclusive, professional, and friendly
  • Approachable, organised, and passionate about our course delivery

Practical Emphasis

Whether it’s a First Aid, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene or Health and Safety course the Anzo Training way is to implement a strong practical emphasis. We know that practical activities and group work generates energy within the course and enhances the learning environment. We genuinely believe we are the best at what we do.

People learn best when they are engaged, motivated and respect the person teaching them. Our aim is to build rapport with our learners on every course we teach and treat each learner as an individual.

Meeting Your Needs

We recognise that attending a course is often hard to fit into your hectic day to day schedule. We make the whole process as simple and uncomplicated as possible. Through from booking the course, to attending then receiving your certificate is all hassle free.

We listen to our learners to  ensure all of our courses are taught with a varied teaching style to accommodate all the individual learner’s needs. We carry out initial assessments to ensure that every attendee is on the right course, and to support every varying need and learning style as much as possible.

Some of our courses are now available with blended learning (with home study and classroom based learning) and e-certification.

Our Ethos

Anzo Training was set up to ensure that “people are trained in a professional way and in the way, we would like to be trained ourselves”. We ensure that our trainers are fully qualified in the training they provide and that they have regular checks by our internal verifiers and Awarding Bodies. We ensure your training is fun and enjoyable with trainers who deliver our courses in a professional way, covering the course objectives.

Since the company’s formation we ensure we deliver honest, professional and personable training courses that teach the relevant skills to the individual and to our business customers workforce.

Honesty is pivotal to what we do, and we have a genuine interest in our individual learners’ and businesses we deliver training for. We will take the time to talk you through your different course options and will offer you professional advice on what course best meets your individual needs.

We pride ourselves on listening to our learners’ and business customers feedback and are constantly looking at ways we can improve and develop our courses.
